CONCEPT
1 Concept development – the detailed concept is based on the individual needs of the customer, taking into account GMP, fire protection, environmental regulations etc. Thanks to many years of experience, we are able to accurately estimate the budget at this stage.
2 Design- done using 3D computer technology. This stage considers the location of all devices, designed to be installed in the future. This phase of designing ends with the preparation of detailed qualification documentation (DQ).

COMPLETE INSTALLATION DELIVERY
3 Complete installation delivery – according to GMP requirements, systems and devices necessary to create a functioning clean room are supplied: wall and ceiling systems, epoxy/ PVC floor, installations: electrical, sanitary, air conditioning, heating, compressed air, purified water, steam, regulation and control system.
4 Assembly and coordination of work – thanks to the knowledge and experience of a team of specialists and project managers, we provide comprehensive assembly or (as expected) assembly supervision. Accurate coordination of works at the building site, as well as constant supervision of managers guarantees safety and high efficiency of the project’s execution.
ASSEMBLY AND COORDINATION
START-UP AND QUALIFICATION
5 Start-up and qualification – start-up and regulation of the entire system are in the hands of qualified specialists from our company. In accordance to GMP requirements, the most important qualifications necessary to start working in the clean room (IQ/ OQ) are also carried out.
6 Training – thanks to experienced staff, RTTechnik provides training of personnel operating the clean room system. Training ensures familiarity with installed systems and trouble-free operation of the clean room by employees responsible for servicing.

SERVICING
7 Servicing – proper operation of all systems requires periodic servicing and maintenance works. At the customer’s request, the relevant specialists review the system and prepare detailed documentation of the work carried out in the form of a report, which is then forwarded to the investor.
